James Hammel

Owner/Senior Project Manager

An 19-year veteran of construction services, James Hammel is a seasoned home building and remodeling expert. He has distinguished himself in serving the Dallas area through the design, development, construction and renovation of exceptional living and commercial spaces.

A respected home builder and processes specialist, James’ track record includes experience in custom building, home improvements, full-home remodeling, maintenance and owners-representative services. He has managed multiple large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Rogelio De Santiago

SUPERINTENDENT

For the past 5 years, Rogelio has worked in varying aspects of the construction business. From a very young age, Rogelio has been interested in architectural design and has worked on perfecting his skills by studying different aspects of historical homes. Born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, his family moved to Dallas in 1995. Rogelio graduated from Skyline Magnet School with honors, specializing in graphic design. 

Noelle Fouse

Interior Design/Project Manager

Noelle was born and raised in Plano, TX, graduating from Plano East Senior High. Her passion for design and architecture began with her Father who is a retired architect. She graduated from Collin College with her AAS in Interior and Architectural Design. After college, Noelle began working in the custom drapery, fabric and furniture business.  Since then, she has broadened her experience by working in multiple aspects of the remodeling and new home building industries.  Currently, she performs the duties of Project Manager and Interior Designer for JRH.  Outside of work, Noelle loves spending time with her husband and high school sweet heart, Robert.

Andres Ramos

Architect/CAD Drafter

Andres is an architect that graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela with experience in design, expansion and remodeling. Andres is a graphic designer with experience in indoor and outdoor advertising and marketing management. Andres belongs to a chapter of Regnum Christi in Barquisimeto, Venezuela where he volunteers in impoverished neighborhoods. Andres is particularly interpersonally gifted and has a passion for cultivating new friendships.

Danny joslin

superintendent

Danny has worked in the construction industry for 20+ years. He has worked in all facets of construction and is an expert in residential new construction and remodeling work. Danny was born and raised in the North Texas area where he married his wife of 14 years and raise their daughter.

Lisa Hammel

Accounting

Lisa was born in Santa Maria, California and graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has been happily married for 14 years is a mother of 3 and step mother of 1. She has worked as an office manager for a dental office for 21 years and started full time with JRH in 2013. She loves outdoor activities including triathlons, marathons, bike riding, swimming and mud runs.

Randy Linnstaedter

Superintendent

Randy has been involved in all phases of home building for many years, but started his career in custom home building. Randy was born in Austin, Texas and now resides in Rockwall with his wife of 36 years. In his free time, he spends as much time as possible with family and enjoys playing and collecting guitars.

Robin McBlain

Office Manager

Robin was born and raised in Dallas. She has worked in the construction and home building industry as an administrative assistant for the past 22 years. Robin has been with JRH since August 2014. In her free time, she enjoys decorating and spending time with her friends and family; including her new granddaughter. Robin also enjoys many outdoor activities.

RAY WOOD

SUPERINTENDENT

With more than 20 years of experience as a construction superintendent, Ray's knowledge and skills are invaluable. Ray believes strongly in completing jobs on-time and under-budget without compromising quality. Ray believes in achieving the seemingly unachievable and embraces complications as obstacles to be surmounted. 

Brigitte Kelly

Interior Design/Project Manager

Brigitte has lived in Frisco for the last 20 years and has lovingly restoring her 1920's bungalow in the historic downtown area.  As a committed member of the community, her vision is to bring restoration, inspiration, and new life to the historic areas.   Brigitte has enjoyed 12 years of working  in interior design and home renovation.  She has a passion for collecting beautiful things such as vintage Murano chandeliers and contemporary art. Brigitte is extremely passionate about beautiful and functional design and brings a lot of joy to her clients.

 

Tony Paez

Operations Manager

Tony has over 20 years of construction management and project finance experience. Tony has worked on residential and commercial sectors across the United States and abroad. Tony holds a degree in Civil Engineering and advanced degrees in finance and project management.
